In the middle of Stettlen (Bern agglomeration), Zentrum Lindengarten has been offering a very attractive and comprehensive range of services for elderly people for over ten years. With 26 single rooms and 19 spacious apartments, it fulfills the ideal conditions to respond competently and professionally to the various needs of the residents in a modern facility. Our Nursing & Care team is to be strengthened in terms of personnel. We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Nursing Assistant SRK / Assistant Health and Social Care (w,m,d) 70-90% "With heart, a smile on your face and professional competence, you meet our residents." Your tasks: • The diverse activities cover the entire daily routine of our residents • You carry out the nursing processes after consultation and instruction, taking hygiene regulations and our quality standards into account • You also take on domestic and general tasks that arise • It is part of your professional self-image to accompany the residents with respect and appreciation and thus ensure that their dignity and self-determination are at the center • In addition to the general preparatory and follow-up tasks, you carry out the correct and comprehensive electronic documentation • You participate in regular reports, team meetings, and continuing education offers What you bring with you: • Experience from a similarly positioned role as well as a certificate as a Nursing Assistant SRK or initial training as an Assistant Health and Social Care EBA • Joy in your work - with the knowledge that every day is different • Awareness that working together in a team is an essential part of daily success • Ability and willingness to look for solutions constructively and together in delicate and sometimes unexpected situations • Openness to changes and developments in both the professional and organizational environment • Good German skills and user knowledge of the Office suite as well as task-specific IT tools We offer you: A well-coordinated, multicultural and highly motivated team is looking forward to meeting you!
