Do you want to take on responsibility and help shape several central business areas? In doing so, you will work closely with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks:

• Leadership and development of the Supply Chain & Procurement, QHSE, as well as Facility & Warehouse areas with around 10 employees
• Responsibility for an economical and customer-oriented supply chain strategy as well as operational supplier and logistics management
• Ensuring compliance with and further development of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards as well as the relevant certifications (especially ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
• Overall responsibility for the local customs and foreign trade organization including rule-compliant processes, documentation, and internal controls
• Steering of risk management as well as collection and analysis of key figures with the initiation of improvement measures for the continuous optimization of processes and systems
• Planning and steering of budgets and investments as well as realization of infrastructure and optimization projects at our location
• Promotion of a performance-oriented team culture and close cooperation with internal specialist departments, international group locations, as well as external partners

Your profile:

• Commercial or technical basic training, supplemented by higher business administration/technical training (HF/FH/University) or further training in the area of Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Operations
• Very good German and good English skills
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in the areas of Supply Chain Management & Procurement or Operations
• Distinct communication and negotiation competence and assertiveness in the steering of suppliers, tenders, and projects
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP), supplier management, contract law, customs/foreign trade, and process optimization
• Knowledge of quality and environmental management as well as occupational safety (incl. ISO standards), ESG, and sustainability requirements are of great advantage
• Entrepreneurial personality with strong implementation strength, high sense of responsibility and security, analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills as well as a motivating, appreciative leadership style
