As a specialized organization for labor market and vocational integration, Lernwerk has been committed since 1999 to improving the integration opportunities of young people and adults through integration programs and courses, social enterprises and working groups. In addition, Lernwerk cares for and accompanies persons from the asylum sector. AS AN ADDITION TO OUR TEAM IN THE CARE OF UNACCOMPANIED MINOR ASYLUM SEEKERS (UMA), WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Caregiver Living and Caring, 80 - 100% ## Your tasks • Care and accompaniment of unaccompanied minor asylum seekers (UMA) in everyday life and in the integration process • Support in daily life organization (e.g., learning support, apprenticeship search) • Participation in the implementation and further development of our care concept - strength instead of power - • Creation of a stable, development-promoting environment for young people in residential accommodations (UMA accommodation in Vogelsang with 50 places as well as external residential groups with 46 places in the Baden/Brugg area) • Building and maintaining viable, appreciative relationships with the young people on the basis of trust, clarity and positive values • Active co-shaping of the daily structure in the residential groups - with joy, humor and talent for improvisation • Administrative tasks within the framework of case management • Working hours in shift operation (6:30 am to 10:30 pm, no night shifts) including weekend shifts Your profile • Completed training, ideally in the social sector • High social competence, empathy and intercultural sensitivity • Readiness for self-reflection as well as for critical examination of one's own role and impact in everyday pedagogical life • Resilience, independence and solution-oriented action - even in challenging situations • Ability to work in a team, humor and a positive basic attitude • Flawless reputation, good MS Office skills, very good German skills (oral and written), English and/or French an advantage • Driver's license Cat.
