• Individual and professional support of residents within the framework of primary nursing
• Assumption of daily and household responsibility within the nursing everyday life
• Management and responsibility for the entire nursing process from planning to quality assurance
• Planning and support of medical rounds
• Mindful and respectful interaction with residents as well as relatives
• Collaboration in specialist and project groups for the further development of nursing quality
• Close interprofessional cooperation within the team

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as DN II, DN I, AKP, PsyKP, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Joy in long-term care and in person-centered care
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
• High social competence and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
