For our client in the Volketswil region, we are looking for TWO experienced civil construction foremen for a long-term assignment.

In the event of mutual interest and if the cooperation is a good fit, there is a very good possibility for permanent employment.

🔨 Your tasks:

✅ Independent management and organization of the construction site
✅ Leadership and coordination of employees
✅ Scheduling and supervision of daily work
✅ Coordination with construction management and site management
✅ Work preparation and material organization
✅ Monitoring of quality and deadlines
✅ Responsibility for compliance with safety regulations
✅ Active support of the team on the construction site

👷 Your profile:

✔ Several years of professional experience as a civil construction foreman
✔ Sound experience in Swiss civil construction
✔ Very good knowledge of formwork, concrete, and shell construction
✔ Leadership experience and assertiveness
✔ Independent and structured way of working
✔ Good German skills
✔ Responsible and reliable
✔ Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage 🚗
