To cover this mission, Maisonneuve has set up an "ecosystem" that allows patients to be taken care of in stationary, ambulatory and home rehabilitation. We operate through three main structures: • Clinique Châtelaine for patients after acute care, specialized in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, internal medicine, oncology and geriatrics. • CARE Charmilles, an ambulatory rehabilitation center. • Maisonneuve à Domicile, intended for Clinique Châtelaine patients, to ensure care after discharge. In 2026, two new structures opened their doors in Belle-Terre, Thônex, consisting of a stationary clinic, Clinique Belle-Terre, and an ambulatory rehabilitation center, CARE Belle-Terre. As part of the growth of our structure, we are looking for a: Maintenance Agent Your mission: As a maintenance agent, you ensure that the establishment is maintained and in perfect working order, respecting the applicable safety rules and deadlines for completing assigned work. Preventive and curative maintenance: You perform building maintenance and troubleshooting. You carry out common renovation and interior design work. You visually inspect buildings, test equipment operation to understand the origin of a fault, and determine the work to be done for repair. You maintain and renovate premises (partitions, false ceilings, furniture, etc.). You install technical equipment and carry out finishing work (floor covering, painting, sanitary installation, etc.). ### Emergency intervention management on call: You participate in technical on-call duties to ensure emergency interventions outside regular hours. Hygiene, safety and environment: You ensure the verification of your work and report on its progress to your hierarchy. You apply hygiene rules and safety instructions in the execution of all these activities, including ensuring the protection of people in your area of intervention. You ensure the wearing of adapted protective equipment (helmet, shoes, gloves, glasses, mask). You participate in the proper functioning and compliance of the therapeutic pool with current health standards (under the supervision of the maintenance manager). Your profile: • AFP or CFC in the technical field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in building technical maintenance, ideally in a hospital, medical-social or ERP environment. • Very good knowledge of CVC and electrical installations. • Very good skills in plumbing, sanitation, carpentry, tiling, painting and other coatings. • Very good understanding of technical plans and installation diagrams. • Very good mastery of Swiss standards in terms of safety and building maintenance. • Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy. • Service spirit, reactivity and ability to work in transversality.
