Your Work Environment The Office for Monument Conservation and Archaeology of the Canton of Zug is responsible for the preservation, conservation, documentation, and research of the archaeological and architectural heritage in the Canton of Zug. To this end, we identify and record cultural assets worth preserving, support owners, construction professionals, and municipalities, and carry out archaeological excavations and building investigations.
