A company from the Arc jurassien is looking for a rigorous, reactive, and excellence-oriented Quality Controller, ready to guarantee the conformity of high-end watchmaking components.

Job Description ###

Guarantee the dimensional and aesthetic conformity of components according to control ranges and visual standards

Ensure the release of conforming products and quickly detect any deviation

Maintain reliable traceability of control data for irreproachable quality monitoring

Contribute to the smoothness of the production flow: reactive controls, series departures, lot releases

Actively participate in continuous improvement by proposing corrective actions and optimizations

Incoming inspection: dimensional, visual, and documentary conformity

In-process inspection: rapid detection of deviations, securing the flow

Final inspection: validation of finished products before shipping or subcontracting

Your daily activities

Perform dimensional controls with micrometers, comparators, OGP Starlite, Keyence ILM, Microspeed, GR, BARImètre

Perform rigorous visual inspection at each stage of the process

Read and interpret technical drawings (GPS), tolerances, and dimensioning

Precisely document results in QuickControl and via monitoring reports

Prioritize controls according to delivery imperatives

Ensure lot monitoring, manage flows, release series to be delivered or subcontracted

Profile ###

Quality controller training (TQ1): an asset

Mastery of QuickControl software

Excellent knowledge of conventional measuring tools and specific equipment

Knowledge of AQL sampling methods

Ease with small-dimension components (work with tweezers)

Mastery of reading drawings and GPS dimensioning

Rigor, precision, analysis, sense of detail

Ability to collaborate effectively with Quality & Production
