For a modern private clinic in the Lake Constance region, we are looking for a committed and strong-willed Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF as a deputy ward manager (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will combine direct patient care with organizational and personnel responsibility. Together with the nursing management, you will actively shape the processes of an interdisciplinary acute ward and contribute to high nursing quality as well as an appreciative team culture. Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as Dipl.
