YOUR FUTURE TASK • You support the recording, analysis, and optimization of business processes in various departments. • You document processes and prepare analysis results in a target-group-oriented manner for internal stakeholders. • You create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standards in our document management system. • You identify optimization potential and support the standardization of workflows. • You participate in the digitalization and automation of processes, for example, through the introduction of digital workflows and services. • You support the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluations to measure process quality and efficiency. • You independently take on smaller improvement and digitalization projects. YOU AS A PERSON AND WHAT YOU BRING • Ongoing studies (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or a comparable field of study. • Interest in process management, digitalization, and organizational development. • Analytical mindset as well as strong problem-solving competence. • High level of initiative and motivation to actively drive improvements. • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working. • Initial experience with process modeling, document management systems, or workflow tools is an advantage. • Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
