Then become part of our success story. As Energy & Sustainability Manager, you will take on a central role in controlling and further developing our energy and sustainability strategy. You will be responsible for power procurement, optimizing energy costs, and actively driving ESG initiatives forward, ensuring consistent reporting. At the same time, you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Facility Management, Fleet & Mobility, and Safety & Security, as well as technical teams, to implement sustainable and efficient solutions and enable data-based decisions. The role combines strategic control, financial impact, and transformation. YOUR CHALLENGE: Responsibility for energy purchasing, supplier management, and cost and budget control Development and implementation of ESG, sustainability, and decarbonization initiatives Control of energy, cost, and sustainability key figures including reporting Further development of data-driven processes, systems, and automation solutions for the entire unit Integration of energy and sustainability requirements into facility, infrastructure, and mobility projects Optimization of processes, governance structures, and KPI systems Ensuring regulatory requirements and cross-departmental collaboration with internal and external stakeholders YOUR SKILLS: Completed commercial basic training Several years of professional experience in the field of: Energy Management or Energy Purchasing/Procurement or ESG/Sustainability and Reporting or Project Management Experience in handling energy data and reporting systems and pronounced know-how in MS-Office Knowledge of the energy markets in Switzerland is an advantage Completed studies in the field of energy, environment, technology, or business administration is an advantage Fluent German and very good English skills; French is an advantage At Sunrise, you work in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared, and values are lived.
