Your tasks You take over the medical management of the site. This includes supervising colleagues working at the site, training and guiding new colleagues, actively participating in further education and training, and also managing your own cases. You actively accompany clinic-internal processes such as Lean Management and have an interest in leadership, good exchange with surrounding institutions, and the implementation of new therapeutic offers. You participate as a specialist medical background physician in the service of Clienia Littenheid AG. Your profile You are a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy and have several years of leadership experience. Furthermore, you have an empathetic and winning personality, experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, and you enjoy working with children, adolescents, and their families. Your way of working is characterized by business management thinking and you are guided by the latest scientific findings. Your very good German language skills complete your profile.
