Architect & Real Estate Project Developer (40–50 %)
We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality for the establishment and development of our own real estate projects as well as for building law and planning tasks related to our Swim-Spa and Wellness projects.
Your tasks
Examination of plots and properties for their development potential
Proactive identification and initial examination of interesting plots and development opportunities
Presentation of suitable investment opportunities to the management
Analysis of building and zoning regulations as well as building law framework conditions
Preparation of feasibility and volume studies
Optimization of utilization, living areas, apartment mix, and parking
Development of preliminary projects and floor plans
Preparation and coordination of complete building applications
Accompanying projects through the permit process
Communication with authorities and specialist offices
Coordination of external specialist planners such as surveyors, civil engineers, energy, fire protection, and building services planners
Rough cost and profitability examination together with the management
Establishment of efficient internal project development
Swim Spa, Pool & Wellness
Another focus lies on the planning and building law support of our customer projects:
Examination of the permit requirement for Swim Spas, whirlpools, pools, and comparable systems
Preparation and submission of building applications for Swim-Spa, pool, and wellness systems
Preparation of the necessary site, project, and detail plans
Examination of boundary distances, heights, terrain changes, and other building law specifications
Planning of installation, foundation, and environmental solutions
Coordination with municipalities, authorities, specialist planners, and executing companies
Support of our customers during the entire permit process
Development of standardized and efficient permit processes for recurring Arrigato projects
Your profile
Education as an Architect ETH/FH or comparable qualification
Experience with building law and building permit processes
Experience in preliminary project, project planning, and building application
Confident handling of CAD/BIM
Ability to assess plots for their structural and economic feasibility
Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in real estate development
Enjoyment of smaller as well as larger planning and permit tasks
