For our department "[Fügetechnologie und Korrosion](< >)" we are looking for, as reinforcement of the group "Korrosion und Werkstoffintegrität", a specialist in the field of corrosion and material integrity of metallic materials in structural and civil engineering. Your tasks * Investigation and consultancy mandates in structural and civil engineering with a focus on "corrosion and material integrity of safety-relevant metallic components" on behalf of and in cooperation with our partners (engineers, architects, specialist planners, spin-offs and authorities) in the areas of planning, implementation and maintenance of structures * Technical support of the team in the field of damage analysis and testing of metallic materials in plant and mechanical engineering as well as industrial products * Practical research projects in the field of new metallic materials and corrosion protection systems or concepts After an induction period of approx. 6-12 months (depending on previous knowledge) in our 9-member team consisting of project managers, technicians and laboratory assistants, investigation and consultancy mandates should be processed independently as a project manager from the offer, the planning and execution of the investigations to the invoicing.
