Job Description ##

As the director of your establishment, you are responsible for its smooth running and the implementation of cantonal policies in the pedagogical, organizational, financial, and human resources fields. You contribute to the implementation and operation of the regional coordination organization decided by the competent authorities. You supervise the establishment's employees and promote a culture of collaboration and exchange among all school actors.

Responsibilities ##

• Management of recruitment, integration, and evaluation processes for your team, in compliance with department directives
• Mobilization, development, and support of teams while also ensuring the adequacy of skills with the expected services
• Coordination and planning of the various activities of the establishment, ensuring the adaptation of its services to the needs of the students
• Guarantee of teaching quality, in compliance with the programs and legislation in force
• Promotion within the establishment of an attitude aimed at the success and inclusion of the students under your responsibility
• Organize and lead the School Management Council

Qualifications ##

• Pedagogical training recognized by the canton of Vaud, supplemented by certified continuing professional training
• CAS in administration and management of training institutions (FORDIF) desired and required in the event it has not been completed before taking office
• In-depth knowledge of the Vaud school system and its pedagogical dimension
• Ability to develop an establishment culture, proven managerial skills, excellent communication and ease in conflict management, capacity for analysis and synthesis, openness to changes and innovative projects
• Mastery of standard IT tools (additional assets)

Our mission is to offer them the best possibilities for development, integration, and learning.

Our teams bring together professionals in pedagogy, psychology, psychomotricity, and speech therapy in a school setting, as well as human resources, school system organization, administration, information systems, and finance.
