Commercial Clerk & Vocational Trainer KV 80–100% (m / w)

Are you commercially trained, enjoy organizing, and would like to take on responsibility for the next generation in the future? Do you work independently, pitch in during daily business, and can imagine accompanying 1 to 2 KV apprentices during their training?

Then this position could be a perfect fit for you.

In this versatile function, you will support administration as well as AVOR in daily business and simultaneously take on an important role in the training of the commercial apprentices. You do not need to already have experience as a vocational trainer. What is important is the willingness to take on this task in the future.

What you will do:

• Independent execution of general commercial and administrative activities
• Support for AVOR with administrative and organizational tasks
• Care and accompaniment of 1 to 2 KV apprentices
• Gradual assumption of responsibility as a registered vocational trainer
• Planning, accompaniment, and promotion of the apprentices during their training

Maintenance of master data, documentation, and orders

• Coordination and communication with internal and external bodies

Support for the management and various specialist departments

What you need:

• Completed commercial basic training with EFZ mandatory
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the commercial field
• Willingness to train and accompany 1 to 2 KV apprentices in the future
• Vocational trainer course is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Joy in passing on knowledge and supporting young people in their development
• Organizational talent and a structured way of working
• Independent, reliable, and responsible personality
• Points of contact with AVOR are an advantage
