Your tasks • Diagnostic & repair: You identify the cause of breakdowns on large modern household appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, etc.) and repair them professionally on-site. • High/low voltage expert: You take care of the installation and troubleshooting in the field of high and low voltage installations. • Customer advice: You clearly explain to customers what the problem was and how they can best use their appliance - for high customer satisfaction. • Digital documentation: You record your service interventions and spare parts orders directly via your tablet. What you bring • Base: You have completed training as an electrician installer CFC or an assembly electrician CFC. • Technical skill: You enjoy immersing yourself in the mechanics and electronics of household appliances. • Know-how: You master high and low voltage installations. • Customer orientation: You speak confident German, you are polite and professional, and you work cleanly and reliably in the private sphere of our customers. • Mobility: A category B driving license is essential for your rounds to customers. • Bonus: Experience in the field of smart home or in customer service (after-sales service) is a great plus!
