We are looking for a Sachbearbeiter/in Innendienst 100% (a) immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks With us, you won't experience a monotonous office routine. You are the first point of contact for our customers and take on versatile administrative and sales-oriented tasks. These include, among other things: • Receiving and processing customer orders • Telephone consulting of our customers on products and delivery dates • Creating quotes, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices • Maintenance and updating of customer and article data in the ERP system (SAP) • Support and maintenance of our web shop (recording articles and updating content) • Support in maintaining our social media channels • General administrative work in day-to-day business You bring: • Commercial training or comparable professional experience • Experience in sales back office or customer service • Very good MS-Office skills, SAP experience an advantage • Stylistically correct German language skills in word and writing, English language skills an advantage • Enjoyment of customer contact as well as digital media • A self-contained, structured and careful way of working • You keep track of multiple tasks at the same time and set priorities. • Team spirit, initiative and willingness to take on responsibility What to expect from us: • A thorough induction and support from a collegial team • A varied working day with a lot of personal responsibility • Short decision-making paths and open communication • The opportunity to bring in your own ideas and actively help shape processes • Modern working conditions and free parking • Ready for a versatile task?
