For one of our clients, an industrial player operating in a demanding and international production environment, we are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal availability of production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance interventions, while contributing to reducing downtime and maintaining productivity.

Job Description ##

• Strictly respect SUVA rules, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and work standards during every intervention
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with 6S standards in maintenance areas
• Restore equipment and intervention areas to their proper state after each operation
• Perform maintenance interventions on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment as well as on vision and control systems
• Methodically diagnose faults in order to restore the operation of the installations as quickly as possible
• Secure the restart of production after interventions
• Participate in the resolution of quality problems related to the equipment
• Implement defined preventive and corrective actions
• Perform preventive and conditional maintenance in accordance with the established plan
• Identify technical drifts and report anomalies requiring intervention
• Rigorously complete intervention reports in DIMOmaint with symptoms, diagnostics, causes, actions taken, parts used, and recommendations
• Apply instructions, standards, parameters, and machine settings and propose improvements based on feedback from experience
• Ensure a structured transfer of information at the end of the shift concerning ongoing faults, risks, work to be continued, and priorities
• Maintain and develop your versatility in accordance with the skills matrix and actively participate in technical training
• Participate in series changes as well as machine adjustments to ensure a quick, stable, and compliant restart
• Contribute to maintaining standard rates and cycle times by identifying and treating technical drifts having an impact on OEE

We expect ##

• Technical training in a field such as industrial maintenance, electricity, mechatronics, or equivalent training
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance function, ideally in a production environment
• Good skills in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical (up to 480 V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of logic and PLC controls constituting a significant advantage
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical plans, and technical documentation
• Mastery of various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment necessary for interventions
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to evolve effectively in a dynamic industrial environment
• Ability to occasionally handle heavy loads
• Rigor, method, and a sense of priorities in fault finding and resolution
• Availability to work according to defined shift schedules
