The work takes place from Monday to Friday within regulated future tasks, and the scope of duties includes the organization and implementation of high-quality surgical outpatient clinics. The secretariats of visceral surgery and adiposity outpatient clinic are united in the surgical team. As part of this team, you have the opportunity to work in an exciting and varied field. Pflegefachperson with focus on Adipositas 60% - 100% Your tasks Ensuring a smooth workflow of outpatient clinics as well as assisting in other specialist areas Assistance in outpatient clinics Scheduling appointments for outpatient clinics, treatments, and diagnostic appointments Preparation and follow-up of outpatient clinic rooms Writing from dictaphone, correcting and sending doctor's reports, as well as independent processing and setting up workflows Coordinating internal and external requests from patients and referrers by mail and phone (reports, prescriptions, appointments) Conscientious maintenance of electronic patient records (KISIM/Business Central) Your profile Completed vocational training as MPA, FaGe, or Dipl.
