For one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for several Production Watchmakers to strengthen the production teams as part of long-term temporary assignments.
Your mission
You participate in the various stages of assembly and casing of watches, guaranteeing precise, careful work that complies with quality requirements.

Your main responsibilities
Perform mounting and assembly operations of watch components according to defined procedures.
Perform casing operations respecting quality criteria and production standards.
Handle small components with precision and meticulousness.
Visually inspect your work to guarantee product conformity.
Respect the company's quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
Actively participate in the proper functioning of the workshop and in achieving production objectives.
Your profile
Confirmed experience in a production environment.
Manual skill, dexterity, and a taste for precision work.
Experience in watch assembly and/or casing constitutes a real asset.
For the casing position, initial professional experience in this activity is imperatively required.
For profiles from other sectors, experience involving the handling of small parts and meticulous operations is indispensable.
