You ensure the professional management of processes requiring detailed examination. You handle complex cases escalated by the Frontoffice. You provide effective, timely, and competent advice to clients, partners, and colleagues. You perform controls according to our internal control system. You make an important contribution to the development as well as the improvement of our processes and the IT management system. You collaborate on an operational level in the administrative processing of files. What you bring You have several years of experience in occupational pension schemes. A federal diploma in social insurance or occupational pension schemes would be an asset. You know the market as well as the products of the second pillar. You master Italian and French, knowledge of German would be an asset. You have strong writing skills. You are a communicative, autonomous, proactive, flexible, and client-oriented personality. Your ability to synthesize allows you to quickly find a relevant solution for clients and you enjoy collaborating within a team. What salary awaits you (gross, base 100 percent working time) With our salary ranges, we rely on fair play, equity, and transparency: in this position, you can count on a salary of 80'900 francs to 100'000 francs per year.
