So apply now and become part of the approximately 600-member Jansen family.  For the future development of our Communication department, we are looking for an initiative support as Communication Specialist (m/w) #   You act as an active link between the Communication team, Sales, and Product Management. This is what you will be doing ## • Active participation in the creation of the marketing strategy and roadmap for the areas Schüco Aluminiumsysteme, Holz-Metallsysteme CONNEX, Pulverbeschichtung, and Bausatz- and Elementfertigung, including consulting on budgeting • Maintenance and further development of the content on the company website, management of social media channels (strategic and operational), etc. • Creation and planning of paid online advertising (LinkedIn, Google Search, Demand Gen) • Development and implementation of measures for lead generation and qualification in cooperation with Sales and technical departments (Product Management), etc. • Support in organizing events • Company-wide design and development of digital content for web and social media, editing of image, video, and audio formats, and the visual and technical implementation of communication media This is what you bring ## • Professional experience in strategic and operational marketing or product management, preferably in the B2B environment with technical products • Knowledge in digital communication, social media, content marketing, and lead generation • Experience in handling AI, camera, and editing programs as well as affinity for new digital tools • Service-oriented and team-oriented, creative personality with structured and independent working style • Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 10%) as well as stylistically correct German and good English skills This is what you can expect ## • Innovative, forward-looking family business, led in the 3rd generation, world market leader in steel systems • Company culture characterized by a sense of responsibility and trust • Diverse opportunities to contribute your own experiences and skills • Modern employment conditions (see "Karriere" under jansen.com) • A strong team ## Interested?
