We work with various institutions in the greater Bern area and are looking for motivated FaGe EFZ for temporary assignments in long-term care. Your tasks at the new assignment company:

• You accompany and care for the residents individually and in an orientation to resources.
• You take over professional basic and treatment care in your area of competence.
• You carry out medical-nursing measures reliably and independently.
• You observe the health status and pass on relevant changes to the responsible specialists.
• You document your nursing activities carefully and work actively in the interprofessional team.

You offer your new assignment company:

• You have completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or an equivalent SRK recognition.
• Ideally, you bring experience in long-term care or a comparable care area.
• You encounter older people with empathy, respect and patience.
• You work reliably, independently and responsibly.
• You are open to new teams and can quickly adapt to different working environments.
