The position is focused on the preparation, finishing, and aesthetic control of high-precision watch parts, while respecting strict quality standards. The holder of the position intervenes on various assisted polishing and deburring operations, applying the technical instructions defined by the specification book. He or she works in conjunction with the production team and quality control, in an environment where precision, rigor, and reliability of gestures are essential. Responsibilities • Perform polishing operations on watch parts while respecting the defined methods and parameters indicated in the detailed technical specification book. • Carry out precise deburring of the edges and surfaces of the components to obtain a finish that conforms to the dimensional and functional requirements of the plans. • Systematically apply the aesthetic control instructions for the parts, checking in particular the surface appearance, brilliance, and absence of visible defects. • Complete production tracking documents and report any non-conformity or deviation observed with respect to the established specification book without delay. Profile • Confirmed experience in polishing and deburring parts, including significant practice in the specific field of precision watchmaking. • Mastery of technical polishing gestures on dedicated machines, with a developed sensitivity to surface quality. • Ability to read and understand a specification book as well as work instructions, rigorously applying the defined tolerances and criteria. • Acute sense of observation and aesthetics allowing for fine detection of aspect defects, even minor ones, on the treated watch parts.
