The Mycelium team develops high-quality products in the data network area and ensures the stability and high performance of the complex, wireline telecommunications infrastructure, including its automation. The team is located in the "Datenservices" value chain. This provides an optimized networking solution for the rail-critical, rail-adjacent, and business applications of SBB. In addition to various other projects, the topic "AiNET" (successor solution Datacomm Next Generation) is in focus. The tasks include: You assume responsibility as Product Owner for the Mycelium team at SBB Telecom. The prioritization and management of the team backlog, the creation of the product roadmap are also part of your activities, and together with the Product Manager and the stakeholders or clients, you develop the product vision. You practice intensive and effective stakeholder management and bring about decisions through your communication skills. As Product Owner, you are co-responsible for budgeting and financial management and exchange regularly with the corresponding technology suppliers and providers. Monitoring the progress of the project is part of your role and you accept product increments. In addition, you ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone and point out what the Scrum team will work on next.
