Portrait of the school/institution ### Die Schule Sutz-Lattrigen Mörigen is a manageable and family-like school in the Berner Seeland on the right shore of Lake Biel. Around 170 children from kindergarten to 6th grade are taught and supported by approximately 30 committed teachers in three-stage multi-grade classes at the two school locations Sutz-Lattrigen and Mörigen. Our school is characterized by a motivated, well-coordinated team, short decision-making paths, and appreciative cooperation. Together we create a learning-promoting environment, want to be a -school for all-, in which children and employees can feel equally comfortable and develop. Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality as School Management (workload including share of IBEM and bVSA, approx. 70 %) starting August 1, 2027. There is also the possibility to increase the workload with teaching lessons. School Management (65-70%) ### Primarschule Sutz-Lattrigen Mörigen 2572 Sutz-Lattrigen / Mörigen Tasks ### You will take over the pedagogical, personnel, and organizational management of our school, promote an open and appreciative school culture, and jointly with the steering group and the team, shape innovative quality and school development. In doing so, you will work closely with the education commission, the municipal administration, and other stakeholders.
