Vocational Trainer in the Electrical Field – for the apprenticeships of Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ and Montage-Elektriker/in EFZ

elektroNWS AG is a leading electrical company based in Allschwil (BL), part of the Builtech Group. With around 38 apprentices in the apprenticeships of Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ and Montage-Elektriker/in EFZ, we attach great importance to practical, high-quality vocational training.

To strengthen our vocational training team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Vocational Trainer, starting immediately or by arrangement.

YOUR TASKS

• Planning, organization and implementation according to the EFZ education plan
• Support and promotion of the apprentices in both apprenticeships
• Maintaining apprentice documentation and training records
• Cooperation with vocational schools, companies and the cantonal vocational training office
• Preparation of the apprentices for the qualification procedure (QV)
• Co-design and further development of the training content

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Elektroinstallateurin EFZ or Montage-Elektrikerin EFZ
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Vocational Trainer or willingness to acquire it
• Several years of practical experience in the electrical field
• Enjoyment in working with young people and the transfer of knowledge
• Patience, empathy and role model function
• Structured, independent way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
