It is looking for an Industrialization Manager to structure and lead the transformation of its industrialization processes, ensuring smooth coordination between business teams and continuous operational excellence.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You lead the transition of projects from the design stage to full industrialization, ensuring optimal profitability and production in compliance with the most rigorous quality standards in the micromachining precision sector
• You lead and strengthen the capabilities of a multidisciplinary team, creating a collaborative environment where each member actively contributes to continuous improvement and the achievement of the group's strategic objectives
• You orchestrate exchanges between production, quality, procurement, and logistics to ensure maximum reactivity to commercial demands
• You define and supervise initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, identifying cost reduction opportunities while preserving operational excellence and total standard compliance
• You ensure full control of quality and industrial safety, maintaining constant vigilance on process compliance and instilling a culture of permanent improvement within the teams

You offer your new employer

• You have a HES engineering degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or a related discipline
• You bring significant experience in managing diverse technical teams, combined with solid practice in managing complex projects in demanding and regulated industrial environments
• You are fluent in French and possess sufficient proficiency in English to interact with international partners and lead multilingual technical discussions
• You embody essential human qualities: developed listening skills, a strong pedagogical sense, resilience in the face of operational challenges, and a true appetite for cross-functional collaboration
