Schermenwaldstrasse 13, 3063 Ittigen (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Direct the enterprise architecture sector transversally across the five federal offices of the Swiss Army in the various architectural fields (military ICT, civil ICT, armament and digital transformation) on a specialist, financial, and personnel level • Assume responsibility for the specialist conduct of enterprise architecture for the entire Aggruppamento Difesa and at the same time involve partners; manage transversally the domain architectures and the business sector • Within the scope of your responsibilities, shape the governance, processes, and products of the architecture as well as draft bases and directives for projects • Develop architectural criteria and action directives suitable to the strategy and business requirements and put them at the service of the competent conduct bodies • Manage internal, external, and international stakeholders (e.g., industrial partners) of the Difesa architecture and communicate architecture content for the Federated Mission Networking <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree or from a university of applied sciences with a specialization in computer science and business administration, good knowledge of the architecture (enterprise) field and analysis, as well as excellent knowledge of military structures and processes • Proven several years of leadership experience in enterprise architecture and related methods in large organizations • Ability to present complex issues in a clear, structured manner tailored to the recipients and to combine different interests • Excellent methodological skills (e.g., TOGAF, HERMES, certifications in the field of project or program management such as IPMA/MAS) as well as advanced training and experience in business analysis • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language as well as excellent knowledge of English (C1) <br /> In summary Are you interested in contributing to the further long-term development of the army and the Aggruppamento Difesa?
