Service Team Lead, Stampfenbach location, 80-100 %

Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to commit yourself to this newly created position with our team in the hospitality department for the Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Stampfenbach from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement?

Tasks ##

• You lead the service in the dining room and in the public restaurant and ensure that all processes and tasks are always carried out punctually and with the highest quality.
• You participate actively in offer planning and the implementation of events and support the service team during banquets and events.
• You participate in projects of the overall operation and, in consultation with the Hospitality Management, undertake further tasks as required.
• You guide new employees and apprentices and support them during practical induction and training.
• You maintain regular contact and good cooperation with the other team leads in the hospitality area and furthermore ensure the interprofessional interfaces with other areas in the house.

Profile ##

• High hospitality as well as joy in contact with our residents, external guests and employees
• Completed vocational training as a restaurant or hotel specialist EFZ, preferably with further training as a department manager and initial leadership experience
• Course certificate as a vocational trainer and experience in training apprentices is mandatory
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good knowledge of common IT programs (Word and Excel)
• Assertiveness, willingness to work irregular hours and weekend service
