For a residential group with residents aged between 19 and 57, you will commit yourself as a responsible personality with a lot of passion to the needs of the people entrusted to us. The Stiftung Wagerenhof (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a lasting home for around 250 people with multiple, cognitive impairments for over 100 years and offers supported workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mandate. With a needs-oriented range of residential and nursing places as well as various daily and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation, and self-determination of our residents. In return, we entrust you with the responsibility: •  Personnel, organizational, and financial management of a residential group • Agogic and nursing responsibility for living and daily structure • Participation in the accompaniment and care of people with severe mental and physical impairments • Interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation, also with the specialists of the Stiftung Wagerenhof • Administrative work You fit us and this position if you place our residents and our supported employees at the center of your actions and you bring the following: • Experience in accompanying people with cognitive impairments • Proven leadership experience • Degree as a Healthcare Specialist, Social Pedagogue HF / FH, or Dipl.
