ICT Application Manager Administrative Applications (m/f) 80-100%

Tasks • You are jointly responsible for our ERP system and actively accompany the migration from Navision to the new ERP environment Business Central, from conception to productive operation • You are also responsible for various other administrative applications (including coding systems, Business Intelligence, HR and organization tools) and support them throughout their entire life cycle • You analyze requirements from the departments, accompany their implementation and coordinate internal and external partners • You lead smaller projects, sub-projects and work actively on larger projects, in particular the ERP setup • You work closely with departments (including Finance, Medical Controlling, HR), ICT Infrastructure & Services, ICT Support, external service providers and manufacturers • You conduct tests, document changes and ensure transparent processes • You actively contribute to the optimization and consolidation of our administrative application landscape Profile • You have in-depth professional experience in an administrative or commercial environment and are familiar with the processes, needs and challenges of the departments • Experience with ERP systems is a prerequisite; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision is an advantage • Experience in the Swiss healthcare system or with hospital processes is a prerequisite; experience with administrative/clinical applications (e.g. coding software, KIS-related systems) is an advantage • You think in solutions, remain calm in stressful situations and enjoy connecting people, systems and processes • Higher education in business informatics, computer science or business administration with experience in the IT environment (uni, FH, HF, etc.) • Experience in the Swiss healthcare system and understanding of the hospital environment is an advantage • Structured, independent working method and the ability to set priorities correctly • Experience with ITIL processes (in particular Incident, Request, Change Management) Our Offer Training and Further Education Holidays GAV Culinary Modern Human Centered Parking Discounts • Training and Further Education • Holidays • GAV • Culinary • Modern Human Centered • Parking • Discounts Information Further information will be provided by Maurice Zysset, Head of ICT Application Management, by phone at +41 34 421 17 60.
