Tasks • Confidential psychosocial counseling of employees facing professional and private challenges • Support in situations such as stress, conflicts, personal crises, addiction problems, burnout, or psychological burdens • Support for employees and managers in difficult professional situations • Conducting mediations and conflict resolution interviews • Counseling on topics such as harassment, discrimination, and sexual harassment • Close collaboration with HR, medical services, case management, and other specialized internal services • Participation in health prevention and promotion measures • Documentation and guarantee of professional counseling standards Stimulating environment Become a member of SWISS Our common goal is to make every flight of our customers a true flight experience.
