During the three-year basic training, you will acquire the tools for a successful entry into the professional world.     Your training  • As a Kaufmann/-frau in the banking sector at PostFinance, you are our business card in the PostFinance branches and advise our customers on financial services and other products.  • You explain financial topics understandably and respond patiently to concerns - by telephone, digitally, or on-site.  • You provide assistance with questions regarding our digital offerings and accompany customers into digital independence.  • You create financial analyses and support back-office work.  • In practical assignments, you will get to know the versatility of the financial world and gradually take on customer contact.  • At the inter-company course days in the CYP (Challenge Your Potential), you will acquire bank-specific specialist knowledge together with apprentices from other banks.  • We promote the possibility of combining basic commercial training with the Berufsmaturität.    What you bring with you  We are looking for young people with enthusiasm, joy, and motivation who want to make a difference.
