Job Description

You assume overall responsibility for quality management and develop it strategically and operationally. In doing so, you ensure that products and processes meet high quality requirements along the entire value chain. You analyze quality metrics, identify potential for improvement, and initiate suitable measures together with the specialist departments. You work closely with development, purchasing, production, suppliers, sales, and other internal as well as external partners. You also advise the management on quality-relevant topics and ensure a sustainable improvement of quality.

Requirement Profile

• Degree in a technical field or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in quality management
• Experience in a leadership position or as a Senior Expert
• Experience with technically demanding products
• Good knowledge of quality processes, metrics, and root cause analyses
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness for occasional business travel
