Your tasks

• You independently check the obligation to provide benefits according to KVG and VVG, as well as the dental treatment plans of our insured persons throughout Switzerland, or in cooperation with our trusted doctors and dentists
• You issue cost guarantees to dentists and insured persons, check incoming invoices, and create the tariff-compliant billing and payment
• You independently create individual correspondence for clarifications or rejections
• You act as a competent contact person for customers and service providers

Your profile

• You have a degree and professional experience as a Dental Assistant EFZ
• In addition to very good German skills (oral and written), we prefer good oral skills in French and/or Italian
• You have good PC user skills
• You are characterized by an independent, reliable, and exact way of working
• You enjoy customer contact and place great value on friendly, professional, and solution-oriented communication
