The Beisheim Stiftung is a promotional foundation based in Baar. We are committed to ensuring that every person can develop their potential and take an active role in the community. The foundation's activities focus on four areas: education, health, culture and sport. For our team, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality for the position of Project Manager Sport 100% starting immediately or by arrangement. In this position, you will work together with the Head of the Sport division. What awaits you: • Independent examination, support and further development of funding projects in the field of sport • Participation in the strategic and conceptual further development of the division • Observation and analysis of relevant developments and topics in the sports and social sectors • Building and maintaining relationships with project partners, associations, public institutions and other actors • Collaboration in the organization and implementation of the foundation's own events What you bring with you: • Completed university degree (Master's) or comparable qualification, e.g., in business administration, sports management, or a related field • Initial years of professional experience, preferably in an entrepreneurial or project-oriented environment • Knowledge of the Swiss sports and movement landscape as well as interest in the topics of sport, society and impact • Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and pragmatic way of working • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to recognize opportunities and potentials • Ability to work in a team and willingness to work across divisions • Proficient German; knowledge of other national languages in spoken and written form is an advantage What you can look forward to: • Meaningful, varied activity • Personal and professional development potential • An appreciative team • Modern office premises and attractive employment conditions • Participation in job-specific events in Switzerland Interested?
