Your tasks

• Independent support, consulting, and strategic further development of our Key Accounts
• Expansion of sustainable customer relationships as well as identification and realization of cross-selling and upselling potentials
• Processing of customer inquiries, projects, and complaints
• Preparation of offers as well as conducting contract negotiations
• Market and competitor observation
• Collaboration in the optimization of sales processes, the assortment, and during new product introductions
• Active network maintenance as well as participation in relevant congresses and industry events

Your profile

• Several years of experience and demonstrable successes in Key Account Management and sales
• Professional experience in an industrial environment, in the textile industry, or in a comparable B2B environment is an advantage
• Strong customer and solution orientation as well as enjoyment in building long-term relationships
• Confident and professional appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in coordinating and leading complex projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good IT (MS Office) and ERP system knowledge are required
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Driving license category B
