The Effingerhort above Holderbank AG is a facility of the Von Effinger Foundation for stationary addiction therapy in the canton of Aargau. People with health, mental and social impairments and a long history of alcohol or drug abuse are professionally accompanied with a low-threshold concept. In addition to the abstinence-oriented housing offers, we operate a specialized nursing home with controlled alcohol dispensing (kT55+). To further develop our offer, we will specifically expand our night organization in the coming years. The function of Team Leadership Night Watch is being newly created and offers you the opportunity to actively help shape the development of a growing night watch team. For our nursing and housing offer, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible person as Team Leadership Night Watch - Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (80-100%) Your tasks Nursing and care • Nursing and accompaniment of our residents during the night • Responsibility for the nursing process as well as professional documentation in EasyDOK • Independent recognition and assessment of health, psychiatric and addiction-related changes • Professional handling of crisis and emergency situations • Promotion of safety, orientation and well-being during the night • Close cooperation with the day services and the interdisciplinary team Team Leadership Night Watch • Technical leadership and further development of the night watch team • Participation in the development and further development of the night organization • Planning and coordination of the night watch team in cooperation with the Team Leadership Nursing • Introduction, accompaniment and promotion of new employees • Participation in the development of standards, processes and quality guidelines • Ensuring a professional flow of information between night and day services • Close cooperation with the Department Head Nursing and Care • Taking over on-call services according to the deployment plan • Telephone advice and support for night watches in challenging situations Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl.
