Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)

To support the plant team, we are looking for a reliable and flexible personality, immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the availability of the technical infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of state-of-the-art production facilities.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the fault-free operation of the production and infrastructure plants in a team
• Carrying out revision, maintenance, and repair work
• Assistance with the installation and commissioning of new machines
• Participation in process and plant optimization
• Rapid rectification of unforeseen production interruptions
• Taking on on-call and Saturday shifts in a staggered working model

Qualifications

Your competencies

• Completed basic training as a mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, metalworker, or comparable professional qualification
• Sound knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and fundamentals of electrical engineering
• Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Readiness for flexible working hours and on-call duty
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
