Job Description ## Within the Direction générale des ressources humaines, the daycare centers of the canton of Vaud administration offer 132 collective preschool childcare places for the children of employees of the Etat de Vaud in order to better reconcile family and professional life. Responsibilities ## • Supervise, as a team, the young child on an educational level and implement actions promoting their fulfillment as well as their motor, cognitive, affective and social development. • Ensure the transition from family life to that of a childcare structure for the young child. • Ensure good collaboration with parents, respecting the private sphere. • Work within the Centre de vie enfantine La Fourmi with the middle/older group. From 7 years of professional experience valued in the function according to our salary system, the person will benefit from a classification in a level 8 position Qualifications ## • Holder of a diploma from a school of higher education (ES) in the field of social work, branch "Éducation de l'enfance" or a diploma from a university of applied sciences (HES) in the field of social work, branch "Éducation sociale". • The job offer is also accessible to persons who possess an equivalence recognized by the OFT. • Sense of responsibility, good listening and communication skills, spirit of openness and initiative, flexibility, spirit of mutual aid and collaboration. • Only applications certifying the required title or equivalence can be considered.
