• Interprofessional cooperation with doctors, therapists, social services and relatives – including case-oriented communication.

• Participation in process optimizations, nursing development projects and internal working groups.
• Optional: Taking on leadership responsibility such as team coordination, professional support for new employees, participation in duty planning or project management by the Dipl. Pflegefachkraft HF FH.
