Windows Server Systems Engineer - Microsoft Defender for Server (f/m/d) # Be your best with bechtle ## For one of our banking clients in Genève, we are looking for a Windows Server Systems Engineer - Microsoft Defender for Server (f/m/d) responsible for managing the industrialized deployment of Microsoft Defender for Server on a fleet of more than 1300 servers distributed between Switzerland, the United States, Asia, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg. Your mission #### • Analyze the existing Windows Server environment and define the prerequisites for the deployment of Microsoft Defender for Servers. • Design the industrialized deployment strategy for Microsoft Defender for Servers on the scale of an international fleet of 1,300 servers. • Implement the GPOs, PowerShell scripts, and automation mechanisms necessary for server onboarding. • Deploy, configure, and administer Microsoft Defender for Servers security policies. • Ensure troubleshooting, technical documentation, and industrialization of the deployment process. Your profile ## • Proven experience in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022), imperatively acquired within a company based in Switzerland. • Solid mastery of Active Directory, GPOs, PowerShell, and Microsoft deployment automation. • Proven experience in the deployment of Microsoft Defender for Servers, including agent onboarding and policy administration. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR, hardening best practices, and troubleshooting complex Microsoft environments. • Mastery of French and English, local residence, and available immediately.
