Pre-Intern in Social Pedagogy

Under what is called "home", we at Lutisbach understand a living space for young people. A place where one can further develop and is supported in achieving their goals. We offer space for 20 children and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 15 in two residential groups in the main house. Do you want to find out if you like the field of social pedagogy? Are you pursuing training as a social pedagogue or are you already in it? We are looking for an pre-intern in social pedagogy (80-100%) as of August 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks include: • Assisting with the care and accompaniment of young people in everyday group life • Accompanying planning and designing leisure activities • Taking on household chores Requirements profile: • Minimum age 21 years • Enjoyment of working with children and adolescents • Stress tolerance and team skills • Relationship competence, conflict skills and a professional (self)understanding of proximity and distance • Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts) • IT skills • Driver's license category B We offer: • Challenging tasks alternating in the initiative teams • Internal training and supervision • Modern employment conditions • Attractive additional benefits Are you a self-responsible, humorous and initiative person, can assess challenging situations, make decisions and engage with different life stories?
