To complement our team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a: Head of Quality Management Your profile: Higher technical vocational training Further training in the areas of quality and process management Training and experience as an internal/external auditor Very good knowledge of process design Several years of leadership experience in the field of quality management in the manufacturing industry Very good knowledge of standards (especially DIN ISO 9001) as well as high methodological competence Sound knowledge of an integrated ERP system Strong communication skills and exceptionally high interface competence Good English skills, both written and spoken Networked thinking Your tasks: Maintenance and further development of the existing quality management system Creation of management reviews Processing and maintenance of standard requirements in the area of sustainability Planning and conducting internal and external audits Responsible for all compliance topics, especially certifications Monitoring the measures to be implemented from audits Development and preparation of quality key figures for management We offer: Exciting and varied activities in an international company that is oriented towards continuity and quality.
