Your main tasks:

• Independent quotation processing with a focus on radiators, as well as technical quotation and order processing for ceiling radiant panels and underfloor convectors
• Examination of customer inquiries, plans, and tender documents, as well as dimensioning and configuration of suitable products
• Processing of selected orders and ensuring a complete and correct handover to order processing
• Expert technical and commercial customer advice, coordination of technical clarifications with specialist departments, and support of the internal and external service in projects
• Maintenance of relevant customer, offer, and project data in ERP and CRM systems, as well as close cooperation with order processing, sales, and product management
• Participation in the optimization of quotation processes as well as mutual support and deputy roles within the team

Your qualifications:

• Technical basic training, preferably in heating or building technology, or commercial training with sound technical experience
• Experience in technical sales back office or in quotation processing as well as knowledge of heating and building technology
• Confident handling of technical drawings, plans, and tenders; professional or commercial further training is an advantage
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge; CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German and good French skills; Italian and English are an advantage
• Customer-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality with an independent, precise way of working as well as flexibility and willingness to learn further product groups
