To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and service-oriented personality as of immediately or by arrangement as: HR Specialist, 80-100% Field of activity: Together with the HR Assistant, you are responsible for the entire Employee Lifecycle – from recruitment to exit You advise and support managers as well as employees in all HR matters You manage and are responsible for the time recording system You analyze, design, and optimize existing HR processes You take over the project management for the implementation and further development of the Abacus system Profile: Completed further training as an HR Specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) Several years of professional experience in a comparable function Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage Very good IT user skills; experience with Abacus is a plus High service orientation, discretion, and trustworthiness Independent, structured, and efficient way of working Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of working with different stakeholders What we offer: Become part of our team.
