Specialist in Care (m/f/d) at a 100% workload to strengthen our team starting from November 2026. Thalito is a modern Kita with a German-speaking as well as a German-Spanish group. Your assignment will be in our purely German-speaking group, where together with your team, you will lovingly, professionally, and individually accompany the children in their everyday life. Your tasks Loving, professional, and needs-oriented care and accompaniment of the children in our German-speaking group Designing a varied and development-promoting Kita everyday life Implementation of our pedagogical core values and ensuring a high quality of care Planning and implementation of activities, projects, and excursions Taking over own areas of responsibility and duties within the group Creating a safe, appreciative, and loving environment for the children Professional and partnership-based cooperation with the parents Open and respectful cooperation within the team Participation in pedagogical observations and documentation Active participation in the further development and design of our Kita Co-design of indoor and outdoor spaces as well as further development of our play and learning materials Accompanying and guiding learners and interns What you bring with you Completed training as Specialist in Care EFZ, child specialization, dipl.
