Stiftung Tannenhof accompanies adults with support needs and offers them a home as well as a meaningful daily structure. Our Werkstatt Mühle includes the areas of Atelier, Industrie, Holz, Gruppe Grün and Schreinerei. The focus of our work is not on producing as many workpieces as possible, but on the people. Craftsmanship is a valuable means for us to maintain and strengthen existing skills, promote self-confidence, and enable our residents to have a meaningful, structured daily working life. For our Schreinerei, we are looking for a committed personality starting December 1, 2026, or by arrangement, who combines their manual skills with a passion for accompanying people. Carpenter EFZ (80-100 %) Your tasks • You accompany our residents in their daily work and support them in maintaining, strengthening, and using their existing skills as independently as possible. • You lead the Schreinerei professionally and organize the daily work life together with the residents. • You plan work orders so that they correspond to the individual resources, interests, and daily form of the residents. • Together with the residents, you carry out maintenance, repair, and minor renovation work on buildings, facilities, and furniture of the Stiftung. • You train apprentices (PRA, EBA, and EFZ) and accompany them on their professional path. • You work closely with the other areas of Werkstatt Mühle and actively contribute to the further development of the offering.
